- CONSULTATION:
A visit to your house might include design of a new layout, freehand
perspective drawings to help you visualize the new space, answering
questions, offering suggestions, or a critique yours or others'
layouts. I charge by the hour and you get to keep any drawings
I do. A Consultation rarely takes less than 2 hours, and averages
3-5 hours.
- FULL PLANS:
The 4 parts of a complete set of plans are the Floor Plan, Perspective
drawings or Elevations, Specifications, and Electrical & Lighting
Plan. This flat fee varies with each client, and includes a reasonable
amount of Consultation time. I limit doing full plans to around 10 kitchens or baths per year.

SHOPPING:
I will set up appointments and accompany you to cabinetmakers'
shops, showrooms for cabinets, appliances, plumbing fixtures,
tile and stone. I charge an hourly fee.
